Order defect rate how is calculated?

I have received A to Z claim. It draws my attention to Order Defect Rate. Does any one know whether amazon calculate ODR from seller fulfilled orders separate from FBA orders or they count orders together?

Of course. Your Account Health is calculated separately for both FBA and FBM orders.
You can also see a dedicated dashboard for each type of fulfillment method.

Hence why I thought it would be tricky.
As long both parties happy at the end is what matters.
I only buy stuff with long delivery times when I buy budget tech e.g. mobile from China for my dad. He he has a habit of dropping it while clambering around the warehouse.
