Choosing the Shipping plan

I am sending my first shipment to Amazon FBA - I have listed 5 books with 1 pcs each, after I choose the send/replenish inventory - I can't go through the next step, can't choose the ship from address after I complete all my details the Save and close option is inactive.

Anyone faced the same issue or knows how to fix this.

thanks

Hey @Seller_RzI1HKrFq19WS,

Daryl here from our Forums team!

Providing error-free "Ship From" addresses will avoid unnecessary delays and get your inventory into the right fulfillment center. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.

Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the Address Line 2 field; use the provided City and State fields instead.

Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay receipt of your shipment to Amazon.

Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields.

In Shipping Settings, the default shipping address is the primary physical location, email address, and phone number you use for shipping orders. This information is saved into your account and will automatically appear when you select an address in the Buy Shipping preferences, and Shipping Settings page. You can define multiple shipping addresses, but you can only set one Default shipping address per account. The setting applies to all services and listings associated with the same seller account.

In Shipping Settings, the Default shipping address provides buyers with the location you are shipping from on the All-Offers Display page. You can define multiple shipping addresses, but you can only set one Default shipping address per account. The setting applies to all services and listings associated with the same seller account.

Do let me know if these suggestions work, just "@" me here and I will be sure to follow up with you and investigate.
