We have been selling in Amazon UK for a few years now and everything is normal until 2 months ago they required us to submit documents. We submitted documents based on what they needed and before we submit, we try to clarify which type of documents but we never got an appropriate replies or never replies.
Then mid of the month we receive "Account Deactivated because of Payment Verfication"
"Your account has failed our verification process. As a result, your selling account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds disbursement eligibility policy:

We are totally in the blind that which documents are unable to verifies. When we try to appeal and resend all documents, all our messages were replied within few mins to 30 mins stating that below and we follow up its just repeated copy and paste reply.

How are we able to really connect to someone to verify the issues and get our account reactivate?
