I’m a really frustrated seller on Amazon right now. Two weeks ago, I lost the Buy Box for one of my calendars, and it’s been a nightmare, especially since this is peak season for calendar sales. I’ve contacted customer care at least 10 times, and all they told me is that the Buy Box depends on some automated feature called the "Featured Offer."
