Closing off a return, anyone else having this issue?

Closing off a return, anyone else having this issue?

Hi All

I have two customers who have sent books back about two weeks ago whereby it's "buyer remorse" & they have paid the return postage label. As you know when closing down the return you have option to refund the buyer the return postage cost (why would you?) or tick the charge button so it makes the refund 0.00

I have been trying daily for about 10 days to close them off with no additional refund to the buyer & I keep getting "SYSTEM ERROR TRY AGAIN IN 15 MINUTES" This is annoying as I can't clear them off the screen (unless someone knows another way) Call me cynical but I bet if I tried to close them with a postage refund to the buyer then there would be no error!

Hope someone can assist.
