Account described due to Seller versification issues and Amazon is no help

I’m going on over two weeks and hours on the phone and emails. keep getting this message. I’ve called, emailed Amazon for weeks now. Keep getting passed around like a cheap date. Even though my account is healthy. I’m losing sales and Amazon can care less. Can’t get an answer or any help! Really ridiculous but Amazon keeps getting there $39.99 each month. Haha
