Competetor is having three seller account at same address, Can i report it?
My competitor is operating business from one location with three different seller accounts and three different brands but product is same. is it allowed by amazon to have three different corporation registered at one address and they all can register amazon seller account with that same physical address? if its not allowed, can I report this seller? can I get into hot waters by just reporting competitors?
thank you in advance

This is happening in our category as well. We have presented solid evidence to Amazon that one man is behind two current seller accounts. He has different addresses for both his current seller accounts however all test orders ship from the same location - the address the test orders ship from is the same as one of the 11 seller accounts he was operating in 2021. At that time enough evidence was presented to the FTC that Amazon did in fact remove all 11 of his seller accounts - only because the FTC contacted Amazon. He returned to Amazon 6 months later with new corporation names and main officers.
I am not sure if your bad actor is as blatant as ours, but our man uses identical product photos for both his "brands" on numerous listings. He is manipulating the market, racing himself to the bottom while pushing out smaller sellers.
We have reported him via account health, emailed corporate Amazon, as have other sellers and hear nothing from Amazon. Short answer to your question is you should and can report this bad actor but don't expect Amazon to do anything about it. If you can gather enough evidence proving market manipulation or price fixing you can file a complaint with the FTC and your local FBI office. Amazon only seems to act when government agencies get involved.
Soon after I posted about it in the forums, I got a policy warning for an ASIN that was mistakenly added to a family in 2019 that has been inactive and ignored since creation. It could just be a coincidence, but the timing was very interesting.
I wish I had a better answer for you. Good luck!
