How to change "Product Type" after Amazon bots change it to the incorrect one

We have a new product and Amazon changed the "product type" to a different one and we can not get help getting it corrected. We are brand registered and the brand owner of this product and the only seller.

Anyone know how to get it changed to the correct type?
