Order shipped and delivered on time (label bought through AMZ), Amazon refunded my money to the buyer, claiming the absence of proof
Please someone help me with this. Order 112-9604015-0201066 was shipped and delivered on time. Buyer filed an A-to-Z, and received a full refund. ODR was not impacted.
The Amazon representative wrote that customer filed this A-to-Z claim due to the late delivery. This is not true. In my appeal, I attached a screenshot with his reason for claiming money: he insisted that he had not received his order at all.
Amazon denied the appeal, replying that I had not provided a valid proof of delivery.
Now, this order had shipped on time with the label bought through the Amazon, and was delivered on time (in fact, even slightly earlier). Tracking indicates successful delivery (please check). So what is happening? Why the Amazon representative says there is no proof of delivery when, in fact, there is one?
Can anyone now claim that they did not receive their order, despite the tracking showing to the contrary, and have both the money and the item? What's the point of buying the labels through the Amazon then, if that does not protect from false claims?

Dear Joey,
While I am certain the OP is VERY glad this was resolved in his favor, I am equally certain that they, and virtually every other Seller here is MOST concerned with the failure of the Seller Protection system to function correctly.
This matter SHOULD have been resolved in the Seller favor automatically (as it has for me three times this month already).
The fact that he was denied on APPEAL is especially troubling to ALL of us who count on the protection we are promised when purchasing Postage using "Amazon Buy Shipping" and ship "On-Time" as scheduled by Amazon.
This should NEVER have required a Post in the Forum, and while it is gratifying to see it was resolved correctly, it is MOST distressing that it had to come to the Forum and involve a Forum Mod to escalate the matter to an internal team before the error was corrected.
How and Why did the system fail the OP? THAT is the issue which Amazon must investigate and correct.
I hope you will agree. I eagerly await a response.
