I created an Amazon US account but I accidentally cancelled the registration of the UK Marketplace on the same details. Now it shows as terminated(UK AND EU marketplaces).

Now whenever I try to add the UK store to my USA account or register again for Amazon UK on the same email, it gives an error. I contacted Amazon seller support USA many times but they said contact Amazon seller support UK.

Contacting Amazon seller support UK was really hard but somehow I contacted them. They said I should create a new UK account on the same email and then link it to the USA account. When I tried to create a new UK account on the same email, it gave the error that

“ Important Message!

You indicated you're a new customer, but an account already exists with the email address”

If I login as an existing user and go to an Amazon US account and the same cycle starts again. Is it possible that I can use different email but same details and after registration link both accounts. My main issue is that I don’t afford suspension of my account. Please guide me how I can create Amazon seller account without violating Amazon policies.
