Appealing a Policy Violation from 4 years ago when I no longer have products name?

Hello,

I am trying to appeal a policy violation from 4 years ago because I believe i put a copyright word in the title to describe the product. However it's been 4 years and the performance notification has disappeared and I have no way to contact amazon seller support or even use the chat system.
