LTL Shipment - Strange Event Status

We have an LTL shipment that was picked up on 7/30. Up until today it hadn't moved from the original carrier facility. As of today the two status events are "Vessel arrived at destination port" and "Customs clearance delay". I have never seen this before and the two pallets we sent were only going 2 hours away in the same state.

Can you please give us an update or let me know if there are any issues with our shipment? Thank you.

Yes, we are having the same issue. Shipping goods by their partnered carrier from Los Angeles warehouse to MGE warehouse. Looks like these were shipped by vessel. Cargo kept getting rejected because Amazon said it is international shipment... Any help?

Seeing the same thing. Tried to open a case but system said had to wait until beginning of Sept.
