@Spencer_Amazon please help me with my kyc verification, I have sent all relevant documents and everything you have asked for yet have still had issues and not been verified. I am out of ideas and options and need my seller account to be verified ASAP.

The forum moderators will not be able to personally intervene in your (or anyone else's) case, that's not their role and they will not be party to the personal information you will have submitted.
They may however be able to give you a progress update if you have an open case with seller support if you give them the case number to check on.

@Sarah_Amznplease i have the same issue and my documents keep on getting rejected with the same generic responses from amazon. I have been trying also to get my account verified despite me sending every peice of document i could supply Amazon with to confirm my legal address they keep on rejecting it i have no idea why i have asked for KYC directly by emailing them via my registered email address but i have had no response. I have asked Seller support as instructed via KYC protocols but they just reread whats been said on the performance notifications email sent by KYC.
I feel this is very unfair and leaves myself and many others as i can see from other threads in a very stressful loophole.
I NEED HELP as my account is stating it will be suspended and i feel this is so unfair as i have tried to work with AMAZON repeatedly.
Please i look forward to someone helping me ASAP
