I have a Shipment sent to Amazon De with 800 Units of Seasonal Stock , with a fairly high value in total about 5k

Amazon state that this was delivered the 1st week of September

It is now October the 18th and still has not gone into receiving

I have raised cases and messaged managing director

I have had responses as to please provide proof of ownership and proof of delivery , which I have done .

Seller support response , that this will only be available for investigation once all the units have been scanned in and received.

Thus is crazy because if does not get received , it will never be available for reconciliation .

Any ideas , any help would be appreciated ??????
