Can you help me out here and provide more information regarding the problem with search results? Thanks, Susan

Susan, you ask what the problem is? Two things: as Aisle_100_Toys notes, there has been a drastic increase in the number of "No Featured Offers" on products throughout the Amazon inventory. I have a large number of listings on which I am the only seller (and, as a result, the lowest-price offer) and do not have the Featured Offer on these items. This is a huge change. In the past, being the only seller or the lowest price seller with excellent metrics and service performance pretty much guaranteed you Featured Offer standing.

And second, the moving of the Advanced Search feature to a subset under "More," rather than in the top line is making it very difficult to find anything for which there are multiple listings with slightly different data -- in our case, a particular edition or date for a book.

And making these changes just before the holiday shopping season is absolutely Grinch-like. Your heart is too small, Amazon!

I've been wondering where this went for a couple weeks now, and finally - just a few minutes ago - found it!

By all means, Amazon, let's hide anything helpful!

Some of the recent changes being made on this site seem to be coming from someone living in a vacuum, someone with no idea of how Amazon works (or doesn't, as the case may be).
