Hi, I'm having some real headaches when it comes to my listing. The ASIN has been verified as attached to my seller account. I'm unable to edit the listing as required...it's like its under the control of another seller but amazon support say not.

I have been going around in circles with this with seller support as something is clearly not right with the listing.

I have nearly 1000 units in the inventory which I need to get up and running....after doing some deleting, uploading....you name it, I've done it. It appears to me that some data is still lingering in the listing causing the issues.

Is there any way the ASIN can have a hard reset without losing my ratings?
