Our products from Amazon are listed on a site called [Moderator Edit: removed external URL]

I just came across [Moderator Edit: removed external URL] and see many of our branded products, that we have listed on Amazon, are listed on this site. They use our graphics and list our Amazon ASINs. You can search our brand and see many of our products. Can anyone give me some information about this? Do they buy our products from Amazon and ship to the end customer?

Yes you will find many sites like that that scrape Amazon catalog and offer marked up offers of your items then they drop ship from you to the buyers (gofish is another one).

I also find my branded items for sale on eBay with the same business model.

Over the years, the worst offenders have been eBay arbitrage sellers who copy the images and text from our Amazon listings, then relist the items at inflated prices, hoping to dupe eBay buyers who haven’t checked Amazon.When those eBay buyers realize they’ve overpaid, they return the opened, unsalable goods for a refund - and the arbitrage sellers send those items back to us - resulting in our financial loss.

Our only solution has been to set a reminder to search eBay for our brand name every few weeks, and for any listing that uses our images or descriptions, send a notice like the one below to [Moderator Edit: removed external URL]

While eBay has been prompt to remove infringing listings, other sellers' copied listings always appear soon after:

==============

Subject: VERO Notice of Claimed Infringement
