HP Brand Approval
Greetings of the day, now it's been about 5 times trying to be approved selling HP laptops. However, I provided an invoice, a recent one for a purchased order just one month ago.
Even though it is the very same invoice I provide every time I apply for HP branding, I get different feedback, one is having different buyer information than this account's and another is that you cannot verify the seller information, which is by the way one of the largest on this planet!

Thank you for your post.
There can be a number of reasons as to why invoices are not accepted and unfortunately I do not have any specific details to share with you. I would recommend that you review the Amazon Seller University video about submitting invoices that may be of help: Invoices for Selling Applications. You also need to ensure that the invoices meet the requirements listed on the Selling Application page.
You can also create a case with Seller Support to ask them to review your invoices as there may be some information missing before you resubmit your application.
