The products we send to Amazon Europe FBA warehouses are not taken into stock. Amazon probably loses our products. It is useful to think carefully when sending products.

What time period are we talking about? Anything up to 3-4 weeks after arrival at the Amazon warehouse is still normal.

Parcel shipment or carrier delivery or even an Amazon service?

What does the shipment dashboard say? Is the shipment closed or not yet processed?
