Hi ...We shipped goods to Canada FBA for 10 years now the last 3 shipments were returned . Does anyone know of a better way to do FBA in Canada while living in the USA?

As long as your duties and taxes are prepaid by you before it arrives, there's no problem.
Otherwise, you can NARF your inventory to Canada from a US FBA warehouse.
