Problem facing in launch my seller account

Dear Amazon India seller team,

I tried many times to connect with your team to concern regarding launch my seller account but I got not response from your team. This person is allot for my concern from your amazon team but this person cannot respond on my mail and cannot connect on call.

I hope Amazon India team taking my concern seriously , resolve this issue quickly.

like world class buyer support, Amazon should have similar seller support. Always be in buyer side, is not a good practice. Being a book seller I experienced that one old buyer ordered same book just to Check if there is any update and later returned the book. I lost courier charges. These things should be taken care of.
