Can I Change Personal Address After KYC Verification Fails?
Hi fellow sellers,
I hope you're all doing well! I recently went through the KYC verification process for my Amazon seller account, but unfortunately, it failed due to issues with the personal address.
I’m wondering — is it possible to change or update the personal address on the account after a KYC failure? If so, what steps do I need to follow to make this correction and resubmit the documents?
Would really appreciate any guidance from those who’ve been through a similar situation.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Seller_XWpYJHaQnK7YU,
This is Ash from amazon and will help you with your questions.
It has been understood that you have failed the KYC verification and need help to change your personal address.
There are several reasons why team may have declined to accept the documents. It may be because team were unable to verify your identity as required by applicable legislation.
Providing incomplete or inaccurate information is a common reason why documents are not accepted by the team.
The verification of your identity is required by law for the use of a payment account.
Unfortunately, KYC failure means, that you may not open a Selling on Amazon account.
