Account Health, Counterfeit Customer Complaint
Hi,
I don’t know if anyone can help. I have 5 listings currently disabled due to customer complaints over authenticity. I have provided all the necessary documentation to Account Health in order to rectify the situation, but they keep declining saying, ‘there’s not enough information’. I’ve even sent over documentation between my supplier and the actual brand, but nothing seems to work, also the ‘call me’ button doesn’t work, does anyone have any idea how to sort this out?

They’re asking for the attached:
I have provided an invoice from my supplier as well as the invoice from Ralph Lauren to my supplier. Everything they have requested is on the invoices, the only issue might be that the invoices are over 365 days old

Thanks for coming back to me. My suppliers invoice has all of their details on it and it’s an invoice not a proforma. The invoice from RL to my supplier is in Spanish because that’s where RL is based, so maybe that’s the issue I’m not sure
