I have to give the Amazon Seller Support Chat a round of Applause
Everyone always bashes Amazon's service but for a change I wanted to share a great experience. Note due the weight 99% of our orders ship in multiple boxes We had 2 buyers leave a Neg feedback because they did not receive their complete orders, then send a message saying they are missing parts. We replied to the messages letting them know that the order was shipped in multiple boxes, we also ran the tracking and it showed that the additional boxes were still in route. The other boxes delivered the following day. We sent the buyer another message letting them know that we did see the other package did deliver. None of our messages were responded to including the request to revise the feedback. I requested a feedback removal which of coarse was denied. So I contacted Amazon via chat presented my case they proceeded to tell me to please bare with them while they look into it. They came back to the chat and said that we were right and they removed the 2 neg feedback's. Personally I figured I was wasting my time but low and behold I was not. Kudos to the Amazon chat person I was dealing with.

I hope you did it where it counts - by leaving feedback on your chat experience. Posting it here does not help that rep at all.
It's extremely rare that I get good, proper, knowledgeable help on any of my support cases, but when I do, I turn myself inside out with my positive, detailed comments in the Feedback box. I am absolutely trying to give "positive reinforcement."
Not to "make people smile," but to encourage them in their efforts. And maybe give them a bit of the training that Amazon apparently does not.

They shouldn't be applauded or rewarded for literally doing their jobs. The gripe with most of us sellers here on the forums is that 95% of them completely waste our time and are not able to get anything accomplished. You are very lucky to have encountered a representative who was willing to actually do their job, they did nothing out of the ordinary.
We sell on all other major marketplaces and I have rarely encountered a rep who has not been able to help with a support case, it's totally the opposite. They actually do their jobs and there is only a 5% give or take variance of bad reps who do not know what they are doing and when that does happen all I have to do is call in to the seller support and within 5 minutes my issues are all resolved. These companies don't even do half the volume of Amazon and their seller support is undeniably 1000 times better, if Amazon wanted to they can help but they purposely designed it to be troublesome for the American 3P sellers.
