Product was broken and returned.

We received a return of product that was obviously broken by the buyer when we returned and inspected the product.

I was afraid of an AZ claim so I refunded the full amount, but the photos of the shipment showed that there was no problem.

Buyer claims it was broken from the beginning and returned it.

I lament why Amazon customers are so low.

Products costing over $2000 cannot be resold.

Also, the perfume smells so bad that the item is going in the trash.

I am too afraid of this AZ claim to deal with consumers as equals.

I have been selling this product for over 10 years and have seen no improvement.
