We had a Renapur product that we have sold for a few years with no issues, then suddenly its made 'Inactive' and they request us to Submit Documents
'Document must meet the following requirements:
Dated on or after 17-May-2024 (within 180 days)
Includes your name and address, matching the information in your selling account
Include the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor
Show the combined purchase of at least 10 units
Omit pricing information (optional)
Please note that, we may verify your submitted documentation by contacting product vendors you identify in your application.'
We do this and get the answer
'We have reviewed the documentation that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Renapur products. We evaluated the information that you provided, but it did not pass our review.'
But no explanation what is wrong with the document
How can I find out what was wrong with our invoice from Renapur

Do you buy the Renapur products direct from the Renapur website? Or via a wholesale channel?
Because if it was via the Renapur website, that looks customer facing so amazon would see them as a retailer.
THat being said, the only seller of Renapur lines that I can see on amazon uk is...Renapur - so its possible they are kicking other sellers off the listings.

Do you have a direct relationship with the Brand Renapur? While I don't have visibility on why the application is being rejected beyond what was already shared with you in the application case, as others members have mentioned here, it is likely that Renapur does not want other sellers offering their products.
I have seen similar instances in the past, and the only way to get past the approval process is to become an internal user of the brand by going through the Brand registry process.
