a customer who received an empty package for an FBA order?

Has anyone encountered a customer who received an empty package for an FBA order?

Amazon also approved his refund request.

I also can’t see any return information.

Now I not only lost the goods, but also lost the money.

Why does this happen to FBA orders? Is there no one who can handle it?

This problem is as old as the hills but one would imagine and hope that as it is fba, Amazon will reimburse you.
