I have an issue with a customer can amazon please contact me

I have an issue with a customer, he purchased some boots from our store in 2023. I have contacted the manufacturer who has stated they are out of warranty. The customer is becoming very aggressive towards us. They have stated that amazon have said they will refund them. The boots are a lot of money and we should not be loosing such an amount for no fault of our own.

Amazon won’t contact you- you haven’t tagged any mods in anyway so they won’t see this post.

I would respond saying exactly what the manufacturer has told you and mark all further contact as no response needed. It’s too late for negative feedback,

However if buyer contacts Amazon direct ……

I would say the customer is very much trying their luck.

I agree - make your position clear that due to the time since the order was placed, the product is no longer under waranty and you are unable to offer support for this order.

Any further irate messages, no response needed.

If they do contact amazon - its enitrely possible that amazon might refund, but I find it unlikely even for amazon.
