USPS related delivery issues??

Is anyone else seeing a significant uptick in not only delivery timing but just tracking updates for USPS shipments. My customer inquiries and complaints have tripled in the last 60 days??? I am FBM so Amazon is all over me about delivery timing, I post everything within 24 hours but cannot control USPS efficiency or competence. I am NOT interested in FBA due to costs and all the issues I hear/see from other small users.
