Coming out of vacation mode not activating listings

We have been on vacation since December 18. We turned it on 3am-ish. The listings show "active" but they are not showing up on the catalog page--usually this takes 15 minutes to go live. It's four hours later. Of course, zero sales.

On a separate thread, a workaround was floated regarding changing the price on each item in inventory to kick the listings live. This does work. With 4,800 listings, this would be a lot of work.

I am just looking for a mod to acknowledge that the problem is recognized and is being worked on.

I have price changed the last number of each price on 3 pages of inventory and they have gone live.--46 pages to go.

We had kind of the same issue after coming off vacation mode. We are the brand owner and some of our FBM listings are listed under the "See Buying Options" button and 5 of them are not.

The seller support rep said it depends on competitive pricing, sales, blah blah before going on vacation.

Our prices are lower than the other sellers, our ratings and sales are better than theirs, our ratings are excellent and their ratings are very low, so I'm calling bs on their answer.

They also said that the algorithm will "re-access" our listings and will eventually get back to the way they were before going on vacation mode.

So we'll see.

Best of luck to you!

We had this problem a few years ago when coming off of vacation mode. In the end, we had to change EVERY price by a penny for our listings to go active. It was an ordeal.....
