I cant save my ship from address
I am having problems adding a "Ship-From" address when creating my first FBA shipment. There is no default address selected, even though our business has a verified address saved in multiple instances throughout our account settings.
After clicking "Select an Address" the "+ Add Contact," I fill in all of the required fields with our company's address (which matches the address in our profile in all areas) but the button to SAVE + CLOSE to log the info remains grayed out.
I have even gone into shipping settings and set my default to the address, I have also tried different browsers and cleared my cache multiple times does anyone know how to fix this? It would be my first FBA shipment.

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
I understand you are unable to save the Default Ship From Address in your Canadian Account. Based on your post, I can confirm you followed all the steps to fix this.
I confirmed that you do have a Default Ship From Address, therefore, could you please confirm if the one you have in the Shipping Settings is the one you wanted to have?
In case it is incorrect, you need to contact Selling Partner Support to get this sorted.
