Have you appealed the decision with the proof of delivery?

All you can do is appeal the A-Z at this point. Have you done that?

Hello @Seller_kplUbKzWQWQzT,

as suggested by other sellers, you can appeal the A-to-Z guarantee claim.

Appeal an A-to-z Guarantee Claim

If you have already done it and was not successful, please share the Order ID and I will check what I can do.

Kind regards,

Sarah.

You could have a photo of the customer standing at the door step with passport open, holding the parcel and they would still refund them. The only thing amazon will accept is a signature by the addressee only, not someone else at the same address or even a neighbour.

I suggest if you have a photo of the customer receiving the item, send them a copy of it and say you will ask the courier to come round again and collect the item if it is an incorrect address. I do that and very often, it has suddenly turned up or someone else had it and I give them my bank details and they make payment again

somebody sitting in the far East, India, Bangladesh working for 200 USD a month, is not bothered to refund your hard earned money. You dont want to know what they do with Seller fulfilled Prime Orders. No Notification of refunds, No A2Z, no message from customer, Amazon customer service is busy refunding (delivered) orders while sipping tea. Cheers

I have suffered many similar occurrences I'm afraid it is common for Amazon to aid and abet fraudsters as their policies favour the buyer .If you use EVRI you must pay the extra 60p to get a signed POD on delivery otherwise you can kiss goodbye to your money. If you did get a signed POD and the value of your loss justifies a county court claim then get a solicitor on the case who will decide which parties to sue.
