I need help and I am stuck with no clear way
I am facing a frustrating and confusing situation with my Amazon seller account. I participated in a virtual verification through a video call on November 15, during which I provided all the necessary proof of the authenticity and sourcing of my UPCs. After the verification, Amazon informed me that the hold on my inventory had been lifted, and it was no longer under review, meaning it was eligible for removal.
Despite this, I am now being told that I cannot create removal orders because my account is deactivated. Adding to the frustration, my phone has been blacklisted from the "Call Me Now" option, so I can't directly resolve these issues. Every time I try to submit a recall request, it gets declined with the explanation that my account is deactivated.
Even though I have presented all the required documentation, including a recorded interview where I showed the authenticity of my products and provided a Letter of Authorization for my store, Amazon still won’t reactivate my account because the documentation reviewers are not satisfied.
This situation feels paradoxical because my inventory is no longer under review, yet my account remains deactivated, blocking me from taking any further action. Moreover, I'm being charged by Amazon, which is unacceptable given that I'm unable to resolve these issues. I am urgently seeking to have the restriction on creating removal orders lifted and my account reactivated as previously communicated by Amazon.
Need urgent advise and help

ACCEPTED INVOICES
Will be ONE document (not 1 showing the order and one showing your payment and one showing it was shipped...)
It will have item details such as UPC or Product ID's that can be verified ONLINE
Brand & Item information on your invoice MATCH those on your listing
Your invoice does NOT show any tax was collected
Your invoice does not have any "pull down" menus
Your invoice does NOT come from a store where anyone can shop
Your invoice comes from a place where you had to provide your business information and be approved
Your invoices comes from a distributor that is BRAND AUTHORIZED as distributor, not as RETAILER
Your invoice has contact information for the distributor that WORKS
Your invoice has YOUR NAME AS REGISTERED in your seller account
Your invoice shows the order/s SHIPPED (completed transaction)
Your invoice shows payment terms (Net 30/cash...)
Your invoice/s cover the full amount of product sold in the last 365 days
Your invoice is NOT older than 365 days
They may say that, but it doesn't actually mean they did, unless your invoice looks like mentioned above
Is that from the brand., authorizing you to sell that brand ON AMAZON?
