Seller feedback from customer is actually a product review
I've gone through the forums here and am experiencing a common issue. We are a new store, so customer reviews and feedback matter a lot! We had one customer leave a product related review under our feedback.
I appealed for review and removal of the feedback on the grounds that "The entire feedback comment is a review of the product" and was immediately denied (by the auto-mod, I assume). The erroneous feedback is displayed on our brand page which really hurts our reputation.
How can I appeal to a real human to get this removed or moved to the appropriate place?

If you have a case with Seller Support, post the Case ID here. If you don't, open one and post the ID.
SS will likely tell you that isn't the proper channel and direct you to use the Feedback Manager, but any Community Manager who stops by will ask for a Case ID.
