Not sure of a direct route other than opening a case but go to settings - fulfilment by amazon - Automated unfulfillable settings and check liquidation is unticked - several reported recently of it being switched on automatically

Here’s the link to your automated unfulfillable settings https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/recoveryui/removal-setting/automated-unfulfillable - you need to make sure that Liquidations is disabled there.
And BTW, I think it’s absolutely criminal that Amazon have this enabled by default now.
