Account Suspended Section 3 Identity Verification.
Hello,
My account was suspended shortly after I tried to change it from Individual to Professional. I have been trying to send all the documents needed but I always get rejected.
The last response I received was to do a video call. I did this on 25/08/24. But then I received another response to do a video call again on 26/08/24. This time when I clicked the link it went straight to the message on the screen that stated “We have completed our review of your document and information. We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days”.
I also contacted the account help support with case no 2834175443 but I did not get a clear answer. I always received the same scripted messages all over again.
Has anyone had this problem before? How long does it take for the account to be reinstated after the video call?

I have sent so many time the documents and then only received a video verification as soon as I completed the video verification once again super silent for a week. Then I contacted support to provide me an update and once again I have started receiving that your account is deactivated in accordance with Section 3. But there is no talk about video verification which I completed 2 weeks ago. I am so upset as the answer is not meant to be what I received. Please Amazon team, look into the account and complete the verification, and reinstate the account please. It's more than 3 months since the account was deactivated without any reason just because of verification and successfully completed the video verification already.
