requested re-measure, they have changed the FBA fee associated with the 2 listings but said no refund due??

I recently requested a remeasure request as I had noticed to listings have an FBA Fee attached to them of £2.42 + VAT. I got a response that the enquiry had not resulted in any refund but now the FBA fee has been lowered to £1.46 + VAT on both listings (this is the correct fee as they are just a single eyeliner in each.

I responded to the case explaining that the fee had infact changed and I am due a decent sizxe refund but again I got a response that no refund is due?

Has anyone else gone through similar to help with next course of action please? This isnt something I have ever gone through before, Ive just always had an automatic refund following the re-measure.

Case IDs 11364677242 and 11364740882 incase anyone from amazon themselves read this

Hey there,

Thanks for your patience while our team worked to review your thread. After reading your cases, I've reached out to a partner team requesting secondary review. The team will reach out to you via a new case ID, or they may provide information directly to me to share with you. Either way, I will follow up as soon as I hear from them. Thanks again!

We’re having a lot of issues with remeasurements at the moment. When I request a remeasurement, it can take up to a month just to get a response. And when they do reply, the measurements are often completely fraudulent— for example, listing a small swimsuit as 50.0 x 30.0 x 10.0 cm and 0.5 kg, implying someone has simply inputted the data rather than actually measuring the item.

After several, frequent communications , I can usually get the correct measurements, but even then, they don’t issue reimbursements for the affected order IDs. It’s becoming really frustrating and taking up hours of my time every day just to follow up on all of this.
