Payment Report- Big Discrepancy
Dear Amazon,
We would like to get more detailed information about the monthly transaction report and summary report. We believe there is some error in our November monthly sales report. There is Big Discrepancy in sales data, the sales data that can be seen on business report for November 2024 is different from the monthly sales report that gets downloaded from the payment section under the report repository.
We stronly beleive there is some error in this sales report, we would kindly request you to look into this and help us relove this asap.
We also checked in manage orders, for example for one of our product, we sold 20 units but in reports it's only showing 5 units sold, and also these are under payment complete status.

This is most likely due to the new Deferred Transaction system since they got rid of Account Level Reserve.
Payment complete means a transaction had cleared, which is only done now 7 days after the latest delivery date estimate.

It is weird because even for the tax summary provided by AMZ, it is the first period ever that doesn't balance with the detailed sheets we export (October, November).
Everything before that balanced between the total we calculated in excel sheets and the summary provided by Amazon.
Not sure if related with your issue.

The change happened the 3rd and 4th week of October for most sellers.

I have the same issue. I'm now having 2 separate systems. One to track released transactions and one to track deferred transactions. And only post released transactions to accounting software.

Same here, And noticed that a lot of the sales - amazon fees are not adding up at all, every 10K in sales we are only seeing 2K of it, We did the math transaction by transaction including the fees etc and there is a lot of funds not accounted for.
