only real options are cancel (but there’s no way to do this without impacting your metric) or you mark as shipped then refund (this may have VTR implications)

have they provided their phone number? Ad your query is about delivering their order you would be ok to phone them

If the phone numbers present I tend to call them after I get no response from an email

Considering that Amazon opted out buyers from receiving messages from sellers and most don't know about it and now Amazon are restricting messages even further, a response to an Amazon message is highly unlikely. If Amazon find out that you rang a buyer they will probably give you a policy violation. Even if the buyer sends you a message your reply will not be received unless they have opted back in to receive messages.

I have received negative feedback's in the past where the buyer said 'messaged the seller 3 times and got no response' every time we sent a message we got 'the buyer has opted out of receiving messages from the seller' Great!

According to Amazon everything goes smoothly and if it doesn't you just refund the buyer, no questions.
