Seller App

I use the Amazon app and it worked great up until about a month ago. It does not notify me when I have a message or an order. I have uninstalled it and that did not solve the problem. I have also checked to make sure all the notifications are turned on and they are, but I still do not receive any notifications. Has anyone else had this problem. I have contacted support and they told me to do what I had already done.

If you have already worked with Selling Partner Support (which it sounds like you have), I’d be happy to start investigating if you could provide me with the case ID.
