A-to-z 701-5081478-4082603 granted for DNR after denied with signature delivery.

Hello

I would like to report an A-to-z claim for $1100+ that was granted for non-delivery despite being delivered on time, exactly as described, with signature, signed name matches the buyer's name and courier's investigation confirmed delivery is correct.

Additionally the claim was denied before, and after being reopened multiple times they eventually granted claiming there's insufficient proof of delivery, despite having proof of delivery with signature of the buyer's name, investigation by courier confirming, customer changing story from living with roommates, to claiming no one in his family received it.

Additionally the customer claims as a student, living in low income student shared apartments, they purchased a $1126 espresso machine, then claimed a day after the item is "missing", that they couldn't wait anymore and purchased another one locally, which seems unusual.

Please see:

Case ID 16635934431

Order ID 701-5081478-4082603

And see attached files to the case

Thank you!

@Ricardo_Amazon@Lucre_Amzn@Sunnie_Amazon@Christine_Amazon

***UPDATE***

"Thank you for taking the time to provide us with the additional information regarding the A-to-z Guarantee claim on the order 701-5081478-4082603. Upon further review, we have decided to reverse our original decision. We have credited CAD 966.25 to your account and your order defect rate will be updated within 48 hours to reflect this change."

The process should still be investigated, it's ridiculous that thieves keep getting their way, but I am happy that this was at least reversed.

Are you able to provide more info on how you got this reversed. I have a situation where the customer claims the item did not get delivered although we have a signature from their house hold member and the GPS proof from the shipping company showing it was delivered. A to Z is being less than helpful and refuses to consider the facts.
