UK Marketplace Account Health Could Not Be Reached for the Past Week (to help on listing deactivation)
My listing has been deactivated in the UK marketplace due to usage of a common term that the brand has filed a complaint violation. I am willing to remove all the wordings but the website did not update and I kept appealing while kept being rejected. Finally I found out that the listing page never got updated even though I have submitted many times. And since then I tried to contact Account Health with the "Call Me Now" button at least 20 times a day in varies time but everytime I got a message that no one is available. It has been 6 days now that my listing is deactivated and Seller Support UK is no help as well. Please help! What is going on with UK marketplace?!?!?!?!
