this is a forum for sellers not Amazon themselves so we cannot help you.It looks like Amazon are possibly charging you Vat backdated to 2021 if you are not UK VAT registered but should have been?
You need to raise a case with Amazon to get clarification of what this charge is.

I am sorry, but that will NEVER happen. If you should have been VAT registered and weren't then they will expect you to pay the VAT owing.
