I made only a few sales of this product and I received only one review. Now for that review, the buyer said something was missing, which is not true. I am sure because I packaged the product myself, and when I tried to reach the customer to "apologize" and send him a replacement or what was supposedly missing, he never answered. Now the product has only 1 star and makes it impossible to keep selling it. Please help me.

Please take a look through this post focused on the process for requesting the removal of a review to surface this to our teams for investigation into possible removal! Our team does value customer's honest opinions on the products they receive though, so if requesting the removal of the review through that process does not work, you may need to wait for other reviews to come in to balance out the rating!
