Account verification pending and cannot process

I originally setup Amazon seller back in April/May 2025 and submitted required documentation for verification (ID and Bank statement). Account was successfully approved and I sent my products to FBA warehouse.

Out of nowhere my account was deactivated, and informed me that I needed 2 additional information to have the account activated:

- Tax information.

- Required Documentations.

I was able to complete the tax information, but not the required documentation.

I used the same method as when I opened the account, sent in my ID and bank statement (same bank and same ID). However, its been approximately 3 weeks since my submission and until this day it shows "We cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed".

I sent in help request but it just constantly provide me same answer to go submit document but I simply cannot do so as I already submitted and it has been in progress ever since.

Anyone facing the same issue? When I send in a support case it seems to just provide me with a generic answer over and over without any actual help. Please advise if anything could help.

Hi again, CR here with some news to share.

Can you please submit your verification from the "United States" store? In connecting with the partner team, they've confirmed that the message "we cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification", is only found from the Canada store.

If you navigate your your US store you should see the below image after clicking 'reactivate account' in red text from your 'Account Info' page:

This should allow you to proceed with verification. If you still run into same issue you, please do take a screenshot showing the URL and timestamp and provide it back here.
