Virtual Assistant
Hi guys,
I work directly with a brand and sell their products on Amazon. They also sell on some of the ASIN's alongside me. Some of the listings, however, need improving and I have limited capability to do so.
Would adding my VA as a secondary user for them be a concern/violation? My VA is also a secondary user on my account so I'm not sure. Seller Support have told me it doesn't violate any policies but I don't want to get my account flagged. Any of the moderators know please? @Julia_Amazon@Winston_Amazon

Hi @Seller_UkYN1iRyyYzaX,
Your post seems to touch on two main areas.
First, depending on how your collaboration with the brand is structured, it’s worth confirming that your arrangement allows you to delegate work to third parties, such as a virtual assistant. Keeping things transparent is always a good idea to avoid misunderstandings. Have you discussed this with them? If you can show how adding your VA will improve the management of their listings, they’ll likely see the value in it.
Second, on the technical side, I was a bit surprised to hear that you might be able to invite the new user yourself. Typically, this is something only the primary account owner can do. This ensures they are fully aware of who has access to their account and can set permissions appropriately. If they handle this step, it’s also a clear way to keep everything aligned with their preferences.
Kind regards, Michael
