Account Deactivated With No Ability to Contact Amazon in UK causing linked USA account to also be disabled.
Hi All,
Our UK account has been deactivated. We have uploaded several documents to appeal but they are rejected very quickly with no mention of what documentation is required.
Our cases are automatically closed by the automated system. There is no UK number to ring to discuss the account with. Our account health is high in the green.
We haven't sold on the UK market for several years however we need to get our UK account back because our linked US account is also now deactivated.
Has anyone had this before? Do amazon reps actually read on here?
How do you find out what they actually require?

You need to post the last communication from Amazon - they wuill have given a reason or a request for specific info.
if the account hasnt functioned for a while it will need to be completely re-verifed
