Northern Ireland Sales

Hello

The new Northern Ireland set up is causing our little business a few problems which we'd rather avoid. As a result we're having to cancel each Northern Ireland order we receive. Is there a way of turning off Northern Ireland orders so that we can avoid disappointing customers?

Thanks

Hello @Seller_lwLLe1p50j8MQ,

As mentioned by @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh , if you are on a professional selling plan, you will be able to adjust your shipping templates. You can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Shipping Settings
  2. Click Edit next to Domestic Shipping/Standard Shipping on the Shipping Templates tab
  3. Select the region you want to modify
  4. Update your preferences for Northern Ireland
  5. Save your changes

Regards,

Sakura
