KYC Verification Pending after 4 weeks | Payment account is on hold and not getting paid

I changed my address start of this year which triggered the KYC Verification. Amazon asked me to confirm that I'm not part of any political group and I agreed to it. There was no information to upload any documents whatsoever. I was advised that I'll hear back from them in 10 working days. After 4 weeks my account is yet to be verified. My payment account balance is all reserved and I'm not getting paid. Seller support isn't able to give any clear answer except that they can also transfer my case to the verification team. Last email from verification team reads,
On 6th Jan
"Hello, Thank you for your email. We are currently reviewing the information that you have provided. We will contact you as soon as we have completed this review or if we need any further information. We cannot give you an exact deadline, but our team is working hard to complete verification as soon as possible. The Amazon Payments Team "
