Disbursements Witheld as "Might Not Be in the UK for VAT Purposes"
Two weeks ago, I received the email entitled "Disbursements deactivated due to indicators of unmet UK business establishment requirements". This requested a bunch of documents to prove we are registered and trading in the UK, which I provided by return.
Since then, I have received a number of additional requests for documents (including some that have already been provided). Most recently I have been asked to verify our bank account information by uploading a statement, however no option is provided to upload this when following the instructions. Seller Support have been unable to resolve this when I spoke to them just now.
Whenever I chase support, or what is going on via the email addresses Amazon have provided (kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.co.uk) I receive the same response back:
"Hello,
Thank you for your submission.
We have reviewed the information that you provided and we confirm that your disbursement will be released within the next payment cycle.
Amazon Services Europe"
This would be great, except disbursements have not yet been released and this is the only response I get when asking when they will. Can anyone help with how to get things moving?

Really need someone from Amz verification team to participate in the forums to address similar concerns on regular basis.

There are probably hundreds of us going through this at the moment and several threads too. Check out this one below and you will see the issue that it is - probably the longest thread on the forum ! You will have to provide all the documents they keep asking for and then simply wait until they have completed their verification. For many of us it has been a nightmare, and the handling of it has been atrocious. Many of us are not even VAT registered and have always been established here in UK, and Amazon know that and have all the evidence they need, but no, putting us through this nightmare.
